Swedish Institute Scholarships 2022 for Global Professionals
The Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals (SISGP) program is part of the Swedish government's worldwide awards program targeted at training global leaders who will contribute to the UN's 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
The Swedish Institute administers the program, which is supported by the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SI).
The Swedish Institute (SI) has announced the creation of the Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals (SISGP), which will replace the Swedish Institute Study Scholarships (SISS).
Accepted Subject Areas:
Starting in the autumn semester of 2021, SISGP will award scholarships to a significant variety of master's programs. Check out the list of master's programs that are SISGP-eligible.
The program provides a once-in-a-lifetime chance for worldwide professionals to grow professionally and academically, to learn about Swedish society and culture, and to form long-term bonds with Sweden and one another.
The goal is for scholarship recipients to be able to contribute actively to the constructive development of the society in which they live.
Ideal candidates are ambitious young professionals with academic qualifications, demonstrated work and leadership experience, a desire to make a difference by working on issues that contribute to their country's long-term just and sustainable development, and a clear understanding of how a study program in Sweden would benefit them.
Applicants with a strong and relevant professional background, as well as demonstrated leadership experience, will be given priority.
