THE NEXT SOCIETY launches its 3rd call for applications to join the Start-up Booster Track, the tailor-made support programme for entrepreneurs in the MENA region.

Through this call for applications, talented entrepreneurs and innovative businesses will be selected to form the 3rd promotion of start-ups that will benefit from the programme to boost their innovative solutions.

THE NEXT SOCIETY Start-up Booster Track offers tailor-made support to Mediterranean startups to help them go international and raise funds through workshops and training sessions, immersion into foreign markets and incubation in European innovation hubs, meetings with investors and long-term coaching by committed mentors.

The Start-up Booster Track is a flexible support programme for entrepreneurs in the MENA region with the aim of supporting them to bridge with key markets. It started in 2018 and is composed of several services that help entrepreneurs through their journey.

Who are we looking for? Innovative early-stage start-ups with impact-driven solutions with products or services in the following areas: Tech & Software, Food, Environment, Energy, Health, Social & Culture

Innovators Academies (Venture workshop and IP training)

  • A company must be formed
  • MVP & Business Plan are a must
  • Expandable regionally and in the future internationally

Entrepreneurs Mentoring Programme

  • Entrepreneurs with personal qualities of leadership
  • A business trading for at least a year
  • Commitment to the mentoring relationship for one year (2 hours/month + the initial 2-day Kickstart workshop)

Start-ups need to be established in one the following countries: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Tunisia.
Entrepreneurs need to be able to pitch in English (support services are delivered in English, except the Entrepreneurs Mentoring Programme which can also be delivered in French in Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia).

Application Deadline: October 15th, 2019.

How to apply?
  1. Fill up the application form from September 16th to October 15th, 2019.
  2. Don’t forget to record a short video (no longer than 2 minutes) where you tell us more about your project, your strategy and your team!

21 start-ups will be selected to join the promotion of THE NEXT SOCIETY start-ups.
