University of Oregon Brief description:
Oregon Scholarships is open for International students who demonstrate financial need and exceptional merit may apply for the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP). The ICSP scholarship has a cultural service component which requires students to give presentations about their home country to children, community organisations, and UO students, faculty and staff.

University of Oregon Scholarships Eligibility:
- Applicants must be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon. New students must apply for admission to the University of Oregon for 2019-20 by January 15, 2019.
- Applicants cannot be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or eligible to receive U.S. federal financial assistance.
- Applicants must demonstrate financial need and meet the minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA requirement.
ICSP students agree to complete 80 hours per year of cultural service as required by the program.

Do you have an amazing idea for a business? If so, then apply for Stephen Semprevivo Startup Scholarships.
There are two scholarships available to eligible applicants who must be 16 years and older, attending a high school, college/university, or vocational school, and interested in an entrepreneurial career.
These financial aid positions will be awarded to students who are currently pursuing an interest in starting their own business. Students are recognized for their ideas and capacities, as well as for their commitment to being an entrepreneur.
Stephen Semprevivo is a Business Consultant eager to help students achieve their goals of starting their own business. He is a firm believer that if your business plan includes getting capital from investors, you’re going to need a pitch deck.
Eligibility
- Eligible Countries: USA
- Acceptable Course or Subjects: The sponsorship will be awarded in starting own business
- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Entrants must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and who are sixteen (16) years of age or older at the time of application
- Applicants must be a high school, vocational school, college, or university student who will be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning for an associate’s or bachelor’s degree or certificate program.
- Applicants for Startup Scholarships by Stephen Semprevivo must be interested in an entrepreneurial career.
- Current employees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor and its related companies and members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, siblings and children) and persons residing at the same address are not eligible to win—void where prohibited.
Benefits of the Stephen Semprevivo Startup Scholarships
The Stephen Semprevivo program will select two student entrepreneurs to receive $2,500. Winners will also receive 20 hours of assistance on their business plan or strategy and two startup books from Stephen Semprevivo’s list of favorites.

Chinese Government Scholarship – Bilateral Program
Chinese Government Scholarship – Bilateral Program 2021/2022 for International Students (Undergraduate, Masters, PhD) is a full or partial scholarship established by Chinese Ministry of Education in accordance with educational exchange agreements or consensus between Chinese government and governments of other countries, institutions, universities or international organizations.
About the Chinese Government Scholarship – Bilateral Program:
The Bilateral Program supports undergraduate students, graduate students, general scholars and senior scholars. Undergraduate scholarship recipients must register for Chinese-taught credit courses.
Graduate and non-degree scholarship students can register for either the Chinese-taught program or the English-taught program if applicable.
Eligibility:
- Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health.
The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must:
- be a high school graduate under the age of 25 when applying for the undergraduate programs;
- be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for the master’s programs;
- be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for the doctoral programs;
- be under the age of 45 and have a high school diploma (or higher) when applying for the general scholar programs;
- be a master’s degree holder or an associate professor (or above) under the age of 50 when applying for the senior scholar programs.
Value of Bilateral Program Award:
The Bilateral Program provides both full scholarships and partial scholarships.
Duration of Program:
- Undergraduate students: 4-7years
- Master’s students: 2-5 years
- Doctoral students: 3-6 years
- General scholars: up to 2 years
- Senior scholars: up to 2 years
How to Apply for the Bilateral Program:
- Step 1 – Apply to the dispatching authorities for overseas study of your home country for CGS opportunity;
- Step 2 – Apply to your target university for the Pre-admission Letter once recommended by the dispatching authorities as an eligible candidate (you will receive an Award Letter for CGS Candidate);
- Step 3 – Complete the online application procedure at CGS Information Management System for International Students (Visit http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or http://www.campuschina.org and click “Application Online” to log in), submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship, and print a hard copy. You should consult the dispatching authorities for overseas study of your home country for Instructions of CGS Information Management System for International Students and Agency Number;
- Step 4 – Submit all of your application documents to the dispatching authorities of your home country before the deadline.

Tongarewa Scholarship 2021
The Victoria University of Wellington is making available the Tongarewa Scholarship to celebrate the University’s commitment to its international student community.
Eligible applicants are those either entering their first year of an undergraduate degree or entering a postgraduate degree programme at Victoria University of Wellington.
Recipients are expected to act as Ambassadors for Victoria University of Wellington and participate in appropriate events or marketing if requested.
Level/Field(s) of study:
Bachelors degrees, Masters by Research degrees, or Masters by Coursework degrees in any subject
Number of Scholarship:
Up to 10 scholarships of NZ$10,000 for Bachelors and Masters degrees and up to 9 scholarships of NZ$5,000 for Masters degrees only.
Tongarewa Scholarship value:
The scholarships range from NZ$5,000 to NZ$10,000. This is a partial fee-based scholarship that will be paid towards your tuition fees for 1 year of study.
Recipients of the Scholarship are guaranteed an offer of a place in the Halls of Residence, provided an accommodation application is received by the Accommodation Service by the required deadline.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be commencing international students who are paying full international fees and are either entering their first year of an undergraduate degree or entering a postgraduate degree.
Applicants should have received an offer of place from Victoria University of Wellington (conditional or unconditional).

How to apply for the Tongarewa Scholarship?
To apply, you must submit a completed online application before the deadline.
